Payment & Pre-Authorization Policy:
A valid form of payment, a credit/debit card, must be used for reservations and billing. Gift cards and prepaid cards are not accepted. We cannot hold a reservation or room for guests who wish to make a reservation and choose to pay with cash upon arrival. The property will pre-authorize credit cards for the first night's room and tax amount used to create a reservation, ensuring all reservations are valid and confirmed before arrival. If a payment type fails pre-authorizations and we are unable to secure a hold on the booking, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation directly at the property.
Deposit Policy: All guests are required to provide the deposit specified upon check-in, which is not prepaid or included in the room rate. This deposit is to ensure that all rooms are kept non-smoking and in good condition, with no damage to the room or any items within it. The deposit is released upon checkout after housekeeping has cleared the room.
Deposits on credit cards differ from debit cards when your bank releases or removes the deposit hold. Any "pending" holds are waiting for your bank to release them, not from the property, and are not under the property's control as to when this will be reflected on your statement.

Debit card holds when released by your bank are not shown as a "credit" or money back in your account, as there were no funds charged or taken, hence you will not see a charge nor a credit on your statement under the date you checked, which you can verify by calling your banking institution.
Property house rules policy:
This property has a zero-tolerance policy, and no visitors, loud noise, or illegal activities will be tolerated. All public areas of the property are monitored to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone.
- No visitors allowed, only registered persons are allowed on the property and in the rooms. (Room keys are only given to registered guests, no exceptions.)
-All rooms and areas within the rooms and building/balconies are non-smoking, which prohibits the Use of vapes along with all other smoking products. Failure to comply with our policies will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as well as any additional fees that may be incurred. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- Any theft or damage to the room/property will be deducted from your deposit, and any additional fees will be charged, which include damages to the bedding/linen or towels.
- If you are asked to vacate the room and premises due to the failure to comply with the property rules and policies, you will not be given a refund for your stay and or deposit.
The property, management, or staff assumes no responsibility or liability for all forms of accidents, injuries, theft/loss, and damage due to any cause.
Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. Additional parking is not guaranteed.
